Shipping 

Shipping Information: Promised Land Meats ships every Monday except for UPS scheduled holidays.  We will also ship on Tuesdays or Wednesdays depending on volume of orders.


    Shipping is Only Available Within the Continental United States.  

    Shipping to Alaska or Hawaii is available by UPS Next Day Air pricing. We do not ship internationally. Sorry, we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes, but we are happy to deliver to rural routes with complete addresses and telephone numbers.

    Standard Shipping

    Our beef products are individually vacuum-sealed.  The beef is packaged into a cardboard box with an insulated liner.  We use ice packs to ship our beef.  

    Promised Land meats charges a calculated rate for your shipping address. 

    Packages are shipped via UPS Ground or 2nd day Air, depending on your address.  We do this to ensure that your beef arrives in a timely manner and arrives cold.  

    Processing & Delivery Schedule

    WEATHER DELAYS:  Promised Land Meats reserves the right to temporarily refrain from processing orders based on severe weather in the transit process. Customers are notified immediately via phone and/or email of the slight delay. Usually occurring in winter weather, typical delays are 1-2 business days.

    Processing Times

    We strive to process your order as quickly as possibly. Once your order is placed, we will ship it out the following Monday. 

    UPS : We ship UPS Ground to customers that are within a 2 day delivery window and  UPS 2nd Day Air for those of you that are in the 3-5 day shipping window.

    Upon processing an order for shipment, emails are generated to each customer with UPS tracking numbers. Please refer to this email with UPS tracking ID# for a more precise delivery date.     Addresses & Availability

    Promised Land Meats offers no guarantee of delivery with incorrect addresses. Please ensure all shipping addresses are correct prior to submitting your order. Packages are clearly marked “perishable” and will expire if not kept cold. It is the responsibility of the consumer to ensure that the contents of the package can be refrigerated/placed in freezer promptly upon delivery. Promised Land Meats is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or perish due to the recipient not being available at the time of delivery. It is the responsibility of the sender to ensure someone is available to receive a gift package at the time of delivery. It is the buyer’s responsibility to make any special arrangements upon delivery for any order shipped to any apartment address. Typically, UPS will NOT deliver to an apartment lobby. You MUST add the apartment number to the address. Packages not delivered in a timely manner because the apartment number is not listed is NOT the responsibility of Promised Land Meats and will not be refunded or replaced.

    About Your Beef:

    Your products should be frozen, partially frozen, or cool to the touch when you open the package. Partially thawed products can be re-frozen.  It is the responsibility of the consumer to follow all health and safety guidelines when thawing and handling products.
